Thanks for visiting my website! I hope it will help you understand the purpose of counseling and what I can do to help you. I am focused on providing high-quality counseling services to all of my clients and I will do everything I can to meet your expectations. I am currently see clients who have the following insurances - Aetna, Ambetter, Anthem/Blue Cross, Courage Beyond/Military One Source for veterans who want to use these options, Harvard Pilgrim, Health Plans, Inc., Humana Tricare, Magellan, New Hampshire Healthy Families, Optum, United Behavioral Health (UBH), United Healthcare (UHC), and private paying clients. I also see veterans through the Courage Beyond program and Centerstone Military Services program. I am also a non-combat Army veteran.

I do not take any Massachusetts Medicaid or MA state funded insurances such as MassHealth. I also do not see people with Employee Assistance Programs (EAP). You can also feel free to contact me with any questions about other insurance plans and my private pay rates (as of 11/1/24, the first session will cost $170 for an hour long session and every session thereafter will be $120 for an hour long session. I take Square for debit/credit co-pays as well as cash, which is always preferred. However, I do not take personal checks, so please plan accordingly.

Please note - I do not perform court ordered anger management assessments or any kind of psychological assessments but I do anger management counseling with court ordered clients. I also do not do substance abuse counseling but can refer you to substance abuse counselors in the area. I also am not a medication provider as I am a social worker. I also do not see children under the age of 13 but can give you a referral if you want one.


Please let me know if you are allergic to/afraid of dogs. I have a Chihuahua who is very friendly and loves everyone but I am also aware that some people may have an issue with him.
